These are the most simple snack one could ask for! Taking all of 20 minutes to prepare and bake, you can’t go wrong.
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup dark chocolate chips (dairy free optional)
Mash the bananas in a bowl, add in the oats and chocolate chips. Form into 2-3 inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown bottom. Cool and enjoy! These stay good for up to 5 days, but lets be honest – they will be gone in 5 minutes.
These are great for a quick morning snack!

adventurous – add ground flax seed, peanut butter, cinnamon, nuts or any other combo of ingredients that suit your taste buds!
